My download isn't working
Make sure you're using a public SlideShare presentation URL. Private or login-required presentations cannot be downloaded. Also ensure the URL is complete and correct.
The quality is low
The quality depends on the original upload. We always download at the maximum available resolution. If the source presentation was uploaded in low quality, we cannot enhance it.
Download is taking too long
Large presentations with many slides may take longer. Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page and downloading again.
